- Mid Belt Class: Green, Blue, Purple Belts
- High Belt Class: Red, Brown, Jr. Black, Black Belts
- Black Belt Class: Black Belts
- We
have different level classes for everyone, that range from the
beginner (No Belt) level through Black Belt. We teach students at all
levels TaeKwonDo Forms, Basic Motions
and Board Breaking. Students can progress to higher belt levels
through the school's Promotion Tests.
|
|
Teens and Adults Class
- Open to students 13 years old to adult - at any level - from beginner (No Belt) to Black Belt.
- The
teen/adult classes will help you relieve stress, reduce weight and
get you into good shape! The classes offer more stretching,
toning and body coordination exercises in addition to teaching the same
TaeKwonDo Forms, Basic Motions and Board Breaking as the Colored Belt
Level Classes. Teen/adult students can progress to higher
belt levels through the school's Promotion Tests.
|
|
Family Class
- Two or more
students from the same family may attend these classes (i.e. a mom and
child, a brother and sister, etc.). These classes are open to
family members at any level and follow the same curriculum
as the Colored Belt Level Classes. Family Class students can progress to higher
belt levels through the school's Promotion Tests.
- These
classes benefit all families that have two or more students attending the
school, a chance to be together and "have fun together," while learning
TaeKwonDo. For mom and dad, the classes offer greater health,
fitness and family bonding - spending 45 minutes of "quality time" with
your child.
